Biography of Professor Hiroshi Nishihara

The Journal of Inorganic and Organometallic Polymers and Materials is honored to dedicate issue #1 of volume 23 (2013) to Professor Hiroshi Nishihara, a distinguished professor, researcher and pioneer in the field of synthesis and electrochemistry of conductive metal complex oligo-mers and polymers. Since Professor Nishihara's research has made a strong impact on my own research activities and the research of many other scientists, I feel proud and honored to write this biography and dedication.
