Web has a ubiquitous presence in our lives today. Incessant use of mobile technology and social media has affected our daily routine, life style, and decision-making processes. Millions of people across the world are addicted to social media to share their opinions, likes, dislikes, important life events and to stay connected socially and professionally. Rising popularity of web, mobile telephony, and social media has transformed individuals and organizations in ways unthinkable few years back.
