摘要

The purpose of this research is to address the evolution of organizational routines in the marketplace. Based on evolutionary game theory (EGT) and complex adaptive system (CAS) theory, this paper built an evolutionary game model of organizational routines, and realized the simulation by Swarm. The results show that the evolution of organizational routines is a dynamic adaptive process. Under the assumption of limited rationality, the organizations gradually find the optimal strategy through adaptive learning, and finally the evolution reaches an equilibrium stage.
