摘要

An improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate risk is proposed in this paper. This method takes advantage of the three scale method and the fuzzy consistent matrix, so it is more suitable for analysis of multi-objective decision problem than the traditional analytic hierarchy process. Then according to the characteristics of wind power project, we build a more perfect risk evaluation index system of wind power project investment and establish the model of wind power project investment risk evaluation based on the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the risk evaluation of actual wind power project investment proves the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method.
