摘要

ADStract PDE is suitable for dealing with degraded SAR image with speckle noise because it can enhance local structure and preserve background and shadow. However, PDE does not take into account the non stationary property and inherent imprecision of SAR image. In this paper, we propose an improved algorithm which combines PDE with histogram of image local coefficient of variation to make different strategies on different regions. The proposed technique compares w.r.t. enhancing Gamma Map filter with better results both in evaluation criteria and visual effect.
