摘要

The acoustic backscattering characteristics of underwater corner reflector were studied. By calculating the sound path of sound ray which incident to the corner reflector, we found that the multiple scattering echo of corner reflector can be described by highlight model. The highlight position of dihedral corner reflector is the vertices of dihedral angel. The highlight position of trihedral corner reflector is the point formed by three planes. The backscattering field of underwater corner reflector was determined by shooting and bouncing beams method. By comparing the calculation results of different frequencies, found that backscattering directivity function of corner reflector remains the same when the length of corner reflector side is more than 10 times than the wavelength.
