A Study of the Roles of NGOs for North Korean Refugees’ Human Rights

摘要

Even though the U.S. government passed a bill supporting North Korean refugees’ human rights, security and other issues create some difficulties in implementing this support. To overcome information and basic knowledge limitations, the U.S. government should cooperate with nonprofit organizations or nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and other governments in the world.
