Asset Management Discussed at Summer Conference

Two meetings-a roundtable discussion on Friday and a town hall meeting on Saturday morning-discussed emerging issues in asset management. The roundtable, which was moderated by Sarasu Zachariah of the Housing Authority of the City and County of Denver (Colo.), offered several resources for conferees looking to make the transition, including an overview from a HUD staff person, an explanation of how one housing agency managed their conversion to asset manage ment, and helpful tips and information from a finance consultant.
