摘要

Secretive, hit and run, guerrilla warfare are words that come to mind when the reviewer saw this title. Libraries are unlikely places for these activities, but the author is using the planning techniques of several grassroots movements to instigate positive change. The author gives several case studies where peaceful, inexpensive, grassroots changes were implemented from the "man on the street," not city hall. The author's thought is take it from the streets and into the libraries.
