Research on Measuring Method of Optical Focal Plane

摘要

The mathematic model and the characteristic curve of three kinds of focus measures are given in this article. The experimental devices of optical focal plane measurement erected by the use of three kinds of focus measures are introduced. The experimental results are discussed and analyzed.
