Persistent Reinversion of Uterus Following Refractory Uterine Atony Managed by Modified Brace Sutures

Case: In this article, we report, for the first time, a case of persistent reinversion of the uterus following uterine atony refractory to all pharmacologic agents. Conclusions: This was successfully managed with modified brace sutures, thus avoiding a hysterectomy (J GYNECOL SURG 25:101)
