The paper under discussion focused on the development of a new MSE wall reinforcement load (i.e., T_(max)) prediction method that has its roots in the AASHTO/FHWA Simplified Method and the previously proposed K-stiffness Method. The scope of this paper did not include step-by-step procedures to use the prediction method for MSE wall internal stability design; this task is reserved for a future paper that is in preparation.
