摘要

One of the European and national research field aims the security of food, and therefore, the present paper is conforming to it by debating ways of preventing diseases in fish farms and ways of improving the fish quality as an aliment. Therefore, researches were oriented on knowing the quality of the aquatic media and its influence on the health of the cultured fish in the anthropic aquatic ecosystems. Two ecosystems with different alimentation sources were chosen: the Brates farm with Danube and Brates polder alimentation and the Vladesti farm with Prut alimentation. Researches regarding the physicochemical characteristics of the water were conducted between 2000-2005, and they consisted in the determination of pH, dissolved oxygen content, organic matter content and ammonia content, at the moment of alimentation and also during the fish breeding.
