RUTEM - REGIONAL CENTER FOR TRAINING IN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING

摘要

The article presents research results of the project Romania-Ukraine-Regional Center for Training in Environmental Protection, Management and Monitoring (RUTEM), Phare project CBC 2005 /017-539 lasted from October 2007-October 2008. One of the results of this project is to establish a 'Regional Centre Romania-Ukraine for Training in Environmental Protection, Management and Monitoring', with its headquarters in Baia Mare and a pilot office in Ivano-Frankivsk. The last one has the role to focus and disseminate information about environment legislation, the monitoring standards for quality of environment factors and information on integrated environmental management. Working together we aim to identify easier and faster the region problem, to design joint research programs, regional development strategies and to harmonise the measures adopted in the border area Romania - Ukraine, the geographical area Maramures district, the Satu Mare district - the Ivano-Frankivs'k and the Zakarpatia region.
