RESEARCH ON THE EVALUATION METHOD OF THE PRESENT BUILDING QUALITY IN URBAN RENEWAL

摘要

According to the study of the current urban renewal strategies and relevant evaluation methods, this paper analyses the selection of current slum households architectural evaluation factors based on the case of shantytown reconstruction in Pucheng city, determines the comprehensive evaluating indicators of shantytowns, as well as introduces the analytic hierarchy process to establish a multi-factor system so as to build evaluation and matrix judgment. Furthermore, the ArcGIS platform is utilised to establish a multi-factor overlay analysis and optimisation model system for the current status of the buildings, providing a comprehensive evaluation of the current building construction situation, as well as a more comprehensive, systematic, and scientific approach for planning and designing the next shantytown reconstruction.
