Property and the Law in Energy and Natural Resources

摘要

This volume is the latest, and fifth, in a series of collective research endeavours by the Academic Advisory Group (AAG) of the International Bar Association (IBA)'s Section on Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law (SEERIL). The AAG is composed of a group of academics specialising in energy and natural resources law, which operates as an international research network within the IBA, with two-year cycles of research and publication. Previous AAG studies have spanned the subjects of human rights in natural resources development, energy security, changing methods of regulation in energy and resources and the consequences for law beyond the carbon economy.
