This collection represents a large-scale effort to map legislation on energy and natural resources. Its 477 pages present 22 chapters written by 26 authors, covering a broad range of topics. This material is in four sections: 'Theoretical and Conceptual Perspectives', 'Natural Resource Regimes', 'Property Rights, Markets and Regulation' and 'Emerging Property Regimes'. Individual chapter contributions range, in theme and geographical focus, from oil and gas rights under domanial (state land) regimes (Yinka Omorogbe and Peter Oniemola) and indigenous land rights in Chile and Argentina (Lila Barrera-Hernandez), to property rights under the Indonesian constitution (Simon Butt and Tim Lindsey) and unbundling in the EU (Inigo del Guayo, Gunther Kiihne and Martha Roggenkamp).
