This edited book of essays is timely and of interest in modern-day society. People in most economies are plugged-in and wirelessly connected. Even in less developed economies, there is access to information via the mobile phone. In the midst of this digital age, we all suffer the same problem that the collection of papers in this book address: information overload. Unfortunately, it too may, and this reviewer hope it does not, suffer the same fate - to be unnoticed in a swath of information that is impinges on individuals through the myraid of devices that we carry or have access to -devices that are the result of the confluences of the information, communications and computing technologies.
