The changing public image of the professional communicator: the challenge of educating technical and professional communicators in China

摘要

This paper describes a partnership agreement between Northeast Normal University (NENU) and Southern Polytechnic State University (SPSU) to offer two degrees in technical and professional communication. With China's emergence on the world stage as a major economic power, there is a need to educate a new generation of technical communicators in China. This partnership agreement helps to address this need.
