NEC Corp. has a unique system called Global Track Innovator (GTI), which aims to develop and train employees by sending them to overseas offices at an early stage. NEC has already started deploying overseas new employees the company hired in FY2008, and as many as 40 employees will have been stationed overseas within FY2009.rnThe company's GTI system has therefore begun to function smoothly. With this, more employees are expected to get a bird's-eye view of the prevailing business environment on the respective markets to which they have been deployed.
