摘要

Channa punctatus (Bloch) was exposed to sublethal and lethal concentrations of pesticide of fenvalerate. The biochemical changes such as total proteins, glycogen, DNA, RNA, AAT, ALAT and LDH in the fish tissues were studied. The glycogen, total proteins, DNA and RNA decreased whereas LDH AAT and ALAT increased in the tissues due to stress when exposed the toxicant.
