摘要

The regulrities of thermal field formation in the melt/crystal system during the vertical Bridgman growth of Cd_(1-x)Zn_xTe crystals have been studied as functions of process parameters. The thermal field in the melt-crystal system has been determined by jointly solving the generalised equation of convective heat conductivity and the Navier-Stokes equations. This conjugated problem has been solved using the efficient method of projective calculation of the Stefan problem and the method of balance for the constructing of difference patterns onirregular meshes Frayzinov, Differential Equations 16(7) 1980 1332; Preprints Inst.
