摘要

A series of CsCa_(1_x)Eu_xBr_3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.08) single crystals has been grown using the Bridgman-Stockbarger technique and their luminescent and scintillation properties have been studied. The radioluminescence spectra of CsCaBr_3:Eu~(2+) (with 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0 and 8.0 mol% of Eu~(2+) ) materials include a narrowband with the maximum which position is shifted from 442 to 447 nm with the increase of Eu~(2+) concentration in the growth melt. The maximal light yield achieves 28,000 ph/MeV at CsCa_(0.92)Eu_(0.08)Br_3 with energy resolution of 9.3% at 662 keV.
