Intratesticular kaposiform haemangioendothelioma in adults: a report of two cases

Kaposiform haemangioendothelioma is a very rare vascular tumour of intermediate (borderline) malignancy, typically occurring in the skin and soft tissues of the extremities in infants and children. We report two morphologically and immunophenotypically classical cases occurring in the testicuiar parenchyma of old adults, review the literature on vascular tumours of the testis and discuss the differential diagnosis of these unusual cases.
