摘要

Complexation of 2,7-bis(2-pyridmyl)-9-phenylanthyridine (4) with [RuCl_2(CO)_3(THF)] and [(η~6-p-cy-mene)RuCl_2]_2 provided the mono-nuclear complex [(4)Ru(CO)_3Cl][RuCl_3(CO)_3] (5) and the dinuclear complex [(4)Ru_2(p-cymene)_2Cl_2] (6), respectively. Both complexes have been characterized by spectro-scopic, elemental and crystallographic analyses. Complex 6 is an efficient catalyst for the oxidative cyanation of various tertiary arylamines.
