摘要

This paper investigates the types of the organizational ethical climate for both Taiwan and Shanghai, and the difference between their enhancement methods in order to provide both parties with a reference for effectively forming an ethical climate, and thus help establish busi- new ethics. This survey was based on an empirical study, utilizing questionnaires which were a combination of past literatures with ready-made questionnaires con- ducted on eight hundred and seventeen valid samples from both parties.
