AN INTRODUCTION TO INTENTIONAL COMMUNITIES

There have been many intentional communities throughout history. There are a number of such communities in Tennessee today. However, five Tennessee communities are considered significant. They are Nashoba, Rugby, the Ruskin Cooperative Association, Cumberland Homesteads, and The Farm. Four areas of concern are making a living, leadership, religion, and marriage.
