We describe the simulation system which enables to investigate improvement of transportation, compare alternative variants by their effectiveness, analyse the main consequences of decisions making. The simulation system enables to change and choose the criteria of calculations, taking into account consumer interests, make allowance for the dynamics of volume of traffic, their structure, time non-uniformity, prices and tariffs changing, normative indicators.
