ゼンダイ・バンド地区国際金融センター中国、上海　2010

摘要

Located just down the river from Shanghai's historic Bund, the Zendai Bund International Finance Center is one of those few projects with a significant position to transform and have a profound impact on the public realm. While exceeding all commercial viability requirements, the civic approach to the project was paramount. Influenced by the site's position between the river and one of Shanghai's last remaining historic districts, the rhythm and scale of the Bund area was extended into the site while the scale of the historic district was mirrored across the street.%上海の歴史的なバンド（外灘）地区から川を下った位置にあって、このゼンダイ・バンド地区国際金融センターは公共空間に大きく変化をもたらす絶好の位置にある数少ないプロジ工クトの1つである。商業施設として求められた条件をすべて満足し、なおかつこのプロジ工クトが市民施設としても機能することが最優先された。敷地は川と上海では残り少ない歴史地区の1つとの間に位置する。バンド地区のリズム感とスケール感をそのままこの敷地の中に延長し、また歴史地区のスケール感は街路を超えて再現されている。
