R programming for bioinformatics

摘要

According to the author, the aim of this book is to introduce the programming language R to scientists and programmers who work on problems in bioinformatics and computational biology. To achieve this, the author presents the programming possibilities of the language through a number of applied problems, where some of them are from the Bioconductor project.
