摘要

Multiferroic BiFeO_3 epitaxial films were fabricated on SrTiO_3 (100) substrates by a chemical solution deposition method. Magnetic layers of Co, Py, Co_(40)Fe_(40)B_(20), Co_(75)Fe_(25), and Co_(50)Fe_(50) were then deposited by sputtering under a magnetic field. Despite employing a chemical process, a clear exchange bias was observed for all the magnetic materials. The temperature dependence of H_(ex) was evaluated for a Co_(50)Fe_(50)/BiFeO_3 bilayer having a relatively large H_(ex) and high squareness. The H_(ex) of Co_(50)Fe_(50)/BiFe03 bilayer increased between 10 to 250 K.
