THE Journal of Aircraft will be enhanced this year by the arrivalnof four new Associate Editors. Dr.Willem Anemaat is a projectnmanager for the DARcorporation. He is a Member of the AIAAnAircraft Design Technical Committee (TC) and originally came to usnas that TC’s representative to our Editorial Advisory Board (EAB).nHe will be handling some of our design papers, including the DesignnForum.We continue to receive a majority of international submittalsnand so we have added Dr. Jinjun Wang of the Beijing University ofnAeronautics and Astronautics, Institute of Fluid Mechanics. He willnhandle aerodynamics papers. Dr. Joseph Lee of InternationalnConsulting Services was also a Member of our Editorial AdvisorynBoard. As an Associate Editor, he will work with our Board ofnInternational Editors to help identify special sections, special papers,nand editorials. He will also work on the continuing problem ofnachieving good English grammar from foreign authors.
