摘要

In Haruyama's treatment, it was assumed that there is no difference between the exposed area of tortuous passages across the organic coating and the real metal/polymer delaminated area. In reality, the breakpoint frequency method determined area should be the area of the solution-permeated passages rather than the metal/polymer interfacial delaminated area, which was discussed by many researchers.
