One-bite-sized Rice Cake

A rice cake which has a long shelf life as a food used during emergencies has been launched. The period for consumption is four years. After the Great East Japan Earthquake, there has been a demand for foods having a longer shelf life during an emergency. This is a single-serving emergency food with a longer shelf life , which is a long-selling soybean sauce-flavored, hard-type of rice snack called "Onidaiko."
