悉皆アンケート調査からみた東日本大震災における高齢者施設の被災実態および復旧状況に関する考察

摘要

According to a questionnaire survey of the facilities for the elderly in Miyagi and Iwate, 95.4% of them suffered building and site damage. Tsunami had a greater impact than earthquake intensity. 31 facilities were struck by tsunami, and elderly were killed or missing at eight of them. The high percentage of tsunami attacks on small-sized multifunctional in-home care linked to the high percentage of "completely destroyed" . Land development was linked to site damage. 63.0% of nursing homes and health services facilities for the aged had developed lands, and these were linked to the high percentage of site damage.%東日本大展災は高齢有施設にも甚大な被害をもたらした。岩手、宮城、福島の3県における高齢者施設で全壊•半壊判定を受けた施設が52施設あり、入居者485名、職員173名が死亡，行方不明となっている。
