The Hellenic Navy will accept the three Greek-built Papanlkolls-class Type 214 submarines from Thyssen-Krupp Marine Systems (TKMS) In an effort to resolve the dispute between the Greek State and the German shipbuilder.rnThe new Greek Defence Minister, Evangelos Venlzelos, said on 13 November that the boats, located at TKMS' Greek subsidiary Hellenic Shipyards in Skaramangas near Athens, would be accepted and that the navy is eager to initiate sea trials.
