Off the coast of northern Australia, the USN's Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) with the embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) participated in Exercise 'Koolendong 2013' (KD13) - a bilateral live-fire combined arms exercise - with the 5th Royal Australian Regiment and the company-sized element of the US Marine Rotational Force-Darwin.
