Leonardo quashes DRS rumours

Leonardo has considered turning US defence subsidiary Leonardo DRS into a publicly listed company, but has made no decision about such a move, according to the Italian firm. A 9 November statement said, "With regards to... rumours, Leonardo informs that, as usual, [it] constantly evaluates options aimed at creating value for its shareholders, including the possibility of listing Leonardo DRS," Leonardo said. "However, no formal decision has been taken on this matter."
