US-Indian 'annex' to strengthen defence-industrial ties

The United States and India have concluded agreements to expand defence-industrial collaboration. The 'Industrial Security Annex' (ISA) and new accords under the two sides' existing Defense Technology and Trade Initiative (DTTI) were announced in Washington, DC, on 18 December following '2+2 talks' between the defence and foreign ministers of both countries.
