China not enforcing UNSC resolutions on North Korea, says US DoD official

Randall Schriver, US Assistant Secretary of Defense for Indo-Pacific Security Affairs, has accused China of failing to enforce UN Security Council (UNSC) resolutions imposed on North Korea.
