EDA report to national defence ministers frames their future defence co-operation

On 20 November EU national defence ministers will review the results of the trial run of their future Coordinated Annual Review on Defence (CARD) with an eye to plugging its remaining informational holes as the CARD is placed on a permanent footing in 2019. The nine-month trial ended early this summer and was overseen by the European Defence Agency (EDA).
