Joint Common Missile motor undergoes tests

Initial details have been released of the Aerojet (US) and Roxel (UK) propulsion section that forms part of the Lockheed Martin bid for the Joint Common Missile (JCM) programme for the US Army, US Navy, US Marine Corps and UK forces. Successful firing trials were recently completed at the Roxel (UK) Summerfield facility, England, and additional risk-reduction trials are to take place soon in the US. While the US Army Aviation and Missile Command has funded some of these trials, the contractors have funded others.
