The first two production AN/ZPY-1 STARLite radars have been delivered to the US Army for its Extended Range/Multi-Purpose (ER/MP) unmanned aerial system (UAS), according to manufacturer Northrop Grumman.rnThe system is expected to be a cornerstone of the intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) equipment slated to fly on the navy's Fire Scout UAS and the army's ER/MP, which is currently referred to as Sky Warrior, but army officials say is soon to be renamed.
