Frequentis on 7 March announced the launch of a new ATM-grade network performance solution called vitalsphere that prioritises safety-critical data across the best-performing network, be it TDM, VSAT,or IP. The new solution is designed to bridge the gap between ATM applications (such as VHF/ UHF radio communications or surveillance radar) and the types of network infrastructure that are implemented by standard telecoms providers or standard systems integrators.
