Since WaterAid was founded by members of the UK water industry in 1981, employees, customers and contractors from across the industry have supported our vision of safe water for everyone everywhere. Together we're making important progress towards that goal. Every year 78 million people are turning on a tap or using a pump for the first time. If we can reach just 8% more people a year, together we'll achieve our ambitious goal by 2030.
