The range of Manesty last generation presses, the Xpress Range, has been a success, in particular the new Xpress 300. It has the removable turret and the air cushion movability, as for the models Xpress 500 and Xpress 700. Also the competitive features of the Xpress are maintained: low costs of maintenance, fast product change over time (with and without turret removal and using conventional tooling), compliance with latest regulations, notably with 21 CFR part 11 in respect of electronic records and signatures. About coating machines Manesty proposes the lab models XL Lab01 e XL Lab 02, providing advanced laboratory coating machines for any need. The "Plug and Play" XL Lab are of very easy use and the quick and easy change of the coating pan makes them a flexible tool for small batch production. Manesty offers also the XLCota range (the new generation of the well known Accellacota). With many changes and improvements to ease of use, CIP and solvent delivery systems the XLCota range encompasses the new functionality oriented M-tec control system technology. Apart from technology, Manesty is working on a very strong commercial strategy: the '"After Market Unit" is offering a comprehensive range of products both in the supplying of spare parts, and in the refurbishment an upgrade of whole machines.
