Nel presente lavoro viene presentato uno studio riguardante alcuni glucosidi secoiridoidi presenti in differenti parti anatomiche della Olea europaea. Tale studio è stato eseguito seguendo un nuovo approccio analitico mediante cromatografia liquida e spettrometria di massa. Tre intermedi nella biosintesi dei secoiridoidi di tipo oleoside, già ipotizzati da altri autori mediante studi con precursori marcati, sono stati riscontrati in foglie, bucce e polpa: Oleoside, Oleoside metilestere e 7-epi-Loganina.%An investigation about secoiridoid glucosides present in different anatomic parts of Olea europaea was developed using a new analytical HPLC-ES-MS approach. Oleoside, Oleoside-methylester and 7-epi-Loganin, hypothesized by other authors as representing three intermediates in the biosynthesis of secoiridoids as oleoside-type, were identified in husks, pulp and leaves.
