The GSSA Strike Aviation increased the number of national branches it operates in Latin America to ten when it opened a new branch office in Sao Paulo in January. It is headed by Sergio Sanguinetti, a former Continental Airlines regional freight head. The previous few months had already been rather tumultuous for Strike Aviation's 33 branches worldwide. President Frank Ziesemer (pictured) proudly told the ITJ that "our Quito branch, which opened in July last year, started off rather well by signing a contract with Air Canada."
