The story could have been so beautiful. In the difficult market of global project cargo and heavylift logistics, it seemed for a long time that only a Bremen-based shipping company with steady expansion would be able to buck the trend. Wrong! There is magic in every beginning. When Ove Meyer and Jan-Hendrik Tobbe founded the Zeaborn shipping line in 2013 it seemed a bold step in an already crowded market. The main investor was the Bremen-based German entrepreneur Kurt Zech, whose mixed holding is based mainly on construction projects.
