SNCF wants all of Geodis

The French state-owned railway SNCF recently announced its intention of buying 100% of the Clichy (France)-based transport and logistics company Geodis. If the takeover goes through, then SNCF will move to fourth place in the European ranking of such companies, in terms of sales, behind Germany's Deutsche Post/DHL, Deutsche Bahn/Schenker and Kuehne + Nagel.
